
Ogechi Amanda Iloegbune is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with over 18 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She began her career as a Health Care Assistant and has since progressed to her current role as a Registered Nurse. Her interest in nursing is driven by a genuine passion for helping others and a deep commitment to providing compassionate care. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with learning disabilities and cared for elderly patients with diverse health needs, finding joy in making a positive difference in their lives.
Committed to furthering her professional growth, Ogechi pursued a bachelor’s degree in Adult Nursing at the University of West London, graduating in 2022. She joined the Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS in Reading, Berkshire, England, as a Registered Nurse, where she interacts with patients daily, guiding them in managing their health, supporting recovery, and promoting preventive care, while continually refining her clinical skills.
Ogechi has acquired extensive knowledge and practical skills in patient care, clinical techniques, communication, staff mentorship, and leadership. She values collaboration with colleagues and building strong, respectful relationships with patients and their families. Her approach to nursing is guided by compassion, patience, empathy, and integrity, alongside a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Outside of her professional life, Ogechi is a devoted Christian, wife, and mother of three amazing children. She values her faith and family, balancing her personal and professional responsibilities with dedication and care.
